His daughter is really funny. She forgets the breadcrums? How can the daughter of a Chef forget that. She is really funny and cute and tried to make up for it. She is lucky to have a french chef dad as her dad. LoL
second best cooking series ever. Only surpassed by the show he did alongside Julia child. I love his Recipes.
There is an apple ice wine from Quebec that is perfect pairing for the blue cheese soufflee he makes in this episode.
claudine is an outstanding chef. formally trained and highly skilled. some folks find her annoying in these videos but her skills are far more superior than she leads you to believe.
